Roadmap Update — December 2021

December has been an eventful month for the team. We started off the month by submitting our proposal to ICON’s contribution proposal system (CPS) here. The proposal was also shared on the ICON community forum here. Our proposal saw a 100% approval rate by ICON’s Public Representatives on the 12th December 2021. We are thrilled to have received their vote of confidence and have been hard at work since.

Here’s what we’ve been up to in December so far.

Design

The Karma brand guidelines have been established. See images below for a sneak peak.

The Karma social / marketing templates have also been developed.

And the core bond marketplace UI has been designed.

Front-end

Front-end development is in phase of translation from design to html / css. This phase will be completed at the beginning of the new year and followed by the integration phase between SCOREs and frontend.

SCORE

First version of Karma Bond JAVA SCOREs has been implemented. The following SCOREs are considered within the scope of Karma Bond:

• CustomBond
• CustomTreasury
• Factory
• FactoryStorage
• SubsidyRouter

White / Light paper

We have written the first version of the White / Light paper on GitBook. We will continue to enhance it in the new year as we further determine specifics around the strategy and tokenomics. The white paper will be published during phase 2.

Social & Marketing

We have established the official Karma twitter account @karmadaofinance, Discord server (we will turn this live in the new year) and have started working on a marketing campaign. We have defined our overall marketing strategy and the high level timeline for the promotional campaign.
